Our high-quality Lenticular flip postcards are produced on our top-of-the-range Lithographic press. When purchasing this press we had lenticular printing in mind, this has given us unrivalled quality with the ability to run at resolutions above 9000 dpi, this gives us very high quality and lots of options to use different lenses to give you the best possible product.
The only negative when printing using our lithographic press, is that we have to run quite a lot of sheets through to get the fit and position correct, which makes lower quantities a little costly, If your budget can't stretch to this then please check our Classic flip postcards, which are produced digitally. But if you want the best possible lenticular flip postcard then place your order with us today.
As we are printing at higher resolutions we can print 3,4, or 5 images but sometimes a 2 flip will give a crisper more direct motion. We can also achieve animations on this press, we have made some great animation lenticular over the years, If you have a project in mind then please get in contact with us to discuss your job.
We print the lenticular side in reverse 4col process with a flood white backing (to give some opacity), we then print the backing board separately out of 4 colour process, It is possible to print in specials if you need us to, but please contact us to discuss this. Next, we print glue to mount the two sides together resulting in a double-sided postcard print.
